We are seeking skilled
AI Engineers
to support a leading telecommunications operator in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML-based solutions. The role involves working closely with the technology, analytics, and network teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, optimization, and intelligent applications across various telco domains
Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models, LLMs, and AI-driven applications.

Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model training pipelines.

Implement and fine-tune GenAI and LLM-based solutions (e.g., for automation, summarization, customer support, document intelligence).

Work with telecom datasets such as customer analytics, usage data, network performance, and operational logs.

Build predictive and optimization models for areas like: Churn prediction, Network anomaly detectioN, Traffic forecasting, Fraud detection, Customer interaction automation, Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions, Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and SMEs to integrate models into existing systems, Present findings, insights, and model performance to technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Strong 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in cloud environments (preferably Azure).

Ability to operate with ambiguity and help discover/define AI use cases.

Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional and business teams.

Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
