AI Focused Search Optimization Expert

Overview

The Bureau of Small Projects is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Expert who is extremely knowledgeable in optimizing digital properties to influence ChatGPT, Google Gemini and other AI agents.

WE HAVE TRADITIONAL SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION RESOURCES. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO HAS VERIFIED EXPERIENCE INFLUENCING THE AI AGENTS FOR SEARCH. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE.

The chosen candidate will need all of the following requirements:

• Experience working for a marketing agency that services Fortune 500 clients.
• Knowledge of how to use AI-specific tools such as UberSuggest, SurferSEO and Clearscope to optimize for website content.
• Ability to define a strong, structured online presence for AI search optimization.
• Knowledge of using industry specific third-party directories for increased presence such as Yelp, Clutch and Capterra.
• Knowledge of defining website schema markup for AI including the tools for implementation.
• Traditional experience with search engine optimization.

This is a contract position. We move slowly to ensure people are the right fit but then we have the potential to ramp up the work with a stellar resource.

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
