The Role: Creative Technologist (Renter Growth)

We are looking for a Gen Z-fluent Content Creator who lives at the intersection of Generative AI and D2C Social Media. You won't be making "Real Estate Ads"—you’ll be making "Main Character Energy" content that makes people want to pack a bag and move to a new city for 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • The "Vibe" Architect: Use Veo 3 and Runway to generate "Aesthetic" and "Lo-fi" lifestyle footage. Think: sun-drenched morning coffee in a St. Louis loft or late-night coding sessions in a sleek modern kitchen.
  • D2C Hook Mastery: Write and produce high-retention hooks for TikTok and IG Reels. You understand "The Hook" (0-2s), "The Value" (2-10s), and "The CTA" (10-15s).
  • Native Platform Editing: You are a master of CapCut and TikTok’s native editor. You know which trending audios to pair with AI visuals to make them feel "organic" rather than "corporate."
  • Persona-Led Storytelling: Create content for specific Gen Z subcultures:
  • The Digital Nomad: "How I live in a new city every month with $0 fees."
  • The 'Soft Life' Advocate: "Upgrading my environment for a month of mental clarity."
  • The Career Starter: "My 30-day internship housing hack."
  • AI-Voice Synthesis: Use ElevenLabs to create relatable, human-sounding "storytime" narrations that feel like a friend giving advice, not a brand selling a service.

Qualifications

  • Gen Z Content Literacy: You know the difference between "aesthetic" and "cheesy." You understand current memes, transitions, and the "UGC-style" (User Generated Content) look.
  • AI Video Fluency: Expert-level prompting in Veo 3, Sora, or Luma. You know how to use AI to create footage that looks like it was shot on an iPhone 17 Pro.
  • Fast Fashion Pace: You can turn around 3-5 high-quality "remixes" of a concept in a single afternoon.
  • Data-Informed: You don't just "make art"; you look at retention graphs and iterate until the video converts.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
