Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and forward-thinking AI Graphic Designer to join our Design & Creative Team , focusing on crafting visually captivating content for our Telugu-speaking audience .

In this role, you will leverage AI-powered design tools to produce engaging and impactful visuals, including video thumbnails, social media creatives, infographics, and marketing materials . You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and enhancing content appeal through innovation and aesthetic excellence.

🎨 Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Creation: Use cutting-edge Generative AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI) to create and refine high-quality visual assets.
• Engaging Thumbnails: Design high-impact, click-worthy video thumbnails in Telugu for platforms such as YouTube and Instagram.
• Content Design: Develop a variety of social media posts, infographics, banners, and promotional materials tailored to Telugu digital audiences.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Conceptualization: Translate ideas, concepts, and scripts into visually compelling graphic designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with AI design advancements, visual trends, and creative innovations to keep content fresh and engaging.
  
  

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and preferably AI-generated work samples.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Leonardo AI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of design principles — typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

🌐 Language Requirements

• Fluency in Telugu (reading, writing, and typing) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
