Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Health Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations related to AI-powered healthcare solutions. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams. The AI Health Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Osteo AI LLC’s reputation for excellence in health technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI health projects including scheduling, documentation, and system support.
• Liaise with healthcare providers and clients to ensure effective communication and timely assistance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement and monitor AI-driven health solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data management, system performance, and client communications.
• Support compliance initiatives, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on AI health operations and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and client engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s healthcare and technology regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare coordination, IT health systems, or AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, AI applications, and data management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, healthcare IT systems, and AI support tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
