Job Summary:
The Regional Coordinator at AAF Western Region LLC is responsible for overseeing and supporting operational, administrative, and programmatic activities across the Western Region. This role ensures efficient coordination between departments, stakeholders, and regional teams while maintaining high standards of communication, organization, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day regional operations and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Serve as a central point of contact between headquarters and regional teams
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements
• Organize meetings, events, and regional initiatives, including logistics and documentation
• Support budget tracking, procurement processes, and resource allocation
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence for regional activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of regional strategies and programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in coordination, administration, or regional operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local regulations and business practices in Al Rayyan is an advantage
