AI Implementation/Automation Assistant (Remote – Full Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time remote AI Specialist who can take the our ideas and turn them into real AI tools, automations, and systems.

This role is for someone who is smart, creative, and eager to learn — and who can use AI platforms, automation tools, and problem-solving skills to make a real impact.

What You Will Do

• Turn ideas into action: Work on business ideas and create automated systems using AI tools.
• Build automations: Develop smart workflows that save time, reduce manual work, and make the business run smoother.
• Support sales & growth: Use AI to generate more leads, follow up with customers, and even create new services we can sell.
• Train the team: Prepare simple guides and videos so others in the team can use the tools you build.
• Experiment with new AI tools: Test different AI platforms, see what works, and recommend the best ones.
• Work directly with leadership: Stay in close contact with the Founder and CEO to align your projects with the company’s vision.

What You Need to Know (Skills Required)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.).
• Ability to use automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing funnels, or business processes.
• Clear communication skills in English and Urdu (writing and speaking).
• Problem-solving mindset — able to take an idea and figure out how to make it work.
• Strong interest in continuous learning — AI changes fast, so you must keep yourself updated.
• (Bonus but not required: basic coding/scripting, working with APIs, or experience in signage/printing or marketing industries.)

Your Main Objectives (Simple Terms)

2.Automate repetitive tasks to save time.

3.Help increase sales and create new income with AI.

4.Teach the team how to use AI tools.

5.Test and experiment with new AI technologies.

6.Communicate well and work closely with the Founder & team.

Work Environment

• Remote (work from home).
• Full time (Evening/Night Hours)
• No Communiting Needed - Work from the comfort of your home/workplace
• Dedicated Fast Computer and Internet Connection (with UPS/alternative Electric source to make sure availability during work hours)
• Direct mentorship from the Employer.

Salary & Growth Path

• Starting Salary: PKR 100,000/month (first 3 months – probation period).
• Fast Growth Plan: Salary will increase every 3 months, based on performance.
• Long-Term: Faster growth and bonuses possible if you deliver high-value AI tools that save costs, increase sales, or open new income streams.
