AI Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Lead to drive the development and implementation of AI-based solutions across our products. The ideal candidate will lead a team of AI/ML engineers, design scalable AI architectures, and ensure that AI models meet business objectives while maintaining high quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML team in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions.
• Develop AI models for predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI domains.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate AI frameworks and technologies.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation of AI models.
• Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers in best practices.
• Stay updated with latest AI research, tools, and industry trends.
• Provide technical documentation and maintain project workflows.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Python, R, or Java, and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of AI models.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience in AI-driven products for real-world applications.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or advanced deep learning techniques.
• Experience in AI project management and Agile methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
