AI / Machine Learning Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary AI / Machine Learning Lead to build and drive the AI strategy for our company. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and AI technology, designing intelligent solutions that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and create measurable value across our operations. You will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of AI systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure practical, high-impact AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, revenue, or customer experience.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including LLMs, predictive models, and automation tools.
• Guide data collection, pre-processing, and integration to support AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to implement AI solutions across apps, ERP, marketing, and internal tools.
• Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, APIs, and platforms to ensure scalability and performance.
• Mentor and grow future AI team members, including engineers and data specialists.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in applied AI / machine learning, preferably in a business or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Solid programming skills, preferably Python, and familiarity with backend integration.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, pre-processing, and analytics.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring AI/ML teams is a plus.
