AI Manager

Overview: Kinetics Group is seeking an AI Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions across the organization. The role focuses on driving automation, improving business processes, and enabling data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI expertise with the ability to work closely with business teams to deliver practical and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement AI-driven solutions across business functions to improve efficiency and automation
• Identify opportunities where AI can optimize processes and enhance productivity
• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of AI models, tools, and applications
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI use cases
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Monitor AI solutions, ensure proper documentation, and stay updated with emerging tools and technologies

Skills Attributes Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or automation-related roles
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, NLP, and automation platforms
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and AI development frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple AI initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
