Car rental agent/ Admin

Job Description:
Responsible for handling general accounting and administrative activities for a car rental company, including recording daily transactions, managing rental revenue and expenses, reconciling bank and cash accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring proper accounting for vehicles, depreciation, and related costs. Ensures compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Experience in accounting for a car rental company
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles

Work Arrangement:

  • On-site work: 8 hours per day
  • One day off per week
