Role Overview

Infinity Developments is seeking a highly creative  AI Marketing & Content Specialist  who can leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools to create compelling marketing content for our luxury real estate and hospitality developments.

The ideal candidate will specialize in  AI-generated videos, images, and digital marketing assets , helping us produce high-quality promotional content at scale for property launches, social media campaigns, and investor marketing.

This role blends  creative direction, AI tools expertise, and digital marketing strategy .

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Content Creation

• Create  AI-generated promotional videos  for real estate developments

• Generate  AI images, renders, and visual concepts  for marketing campaigns

• Produce short-form content for  Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Develop  AI-enhanced property walkthrough videos and lifestyle visuals

• Use AI tools to convert  static renders into cinematic videos

Marketing Campaign Development

• Design and execute  digital marketing campaigns using AI content

• Create  high-impact visual ads  for property sales and brand awareness

• Produce  investor marketing materials and promotional visuals

• Generate content for  email campaigns, landing pages, and brochures

AI Tools & Automation

Work with tools such as:

•  Runway ML

•  Midjourney / DALL-E / Stable Diffusion

•  Sora / Pika / Kling / HeyGen

•  Adobe Firefly

•  CapCut / Premiere Pro (AI workflows)

•  ChatGPT / GPT automation tools

Responsibilities include:

• Prompt engineering for high-quality visuals

• AI video generation and editing

• AI voiceovers and avatars when required

• Automating content creation workflows

Brand & Visual Identity

• Maintain  consistent brand identity  across all AI-generated content

• Work with design teams to align with  architectural renders and project branding

• Ensure visuals reflect  luxury hospitality standards

Social Media & Digital Growth

• Create content optimized for  viral reach and engagement

• Produce  weekly content calendars using AI tools

• Analyze performance and refine AI-generated marketing strategies

Real estate or hospitality experience is a  plus but not required .
