AI Marketing Specialist

Key Objectives:


The Generative AI Marketing Specialist will lead the integration of Generative AI tools and strategies into our regional marketing efforts for mobiles, televisions, and home appliances across MENA. This role is a hybrid of creativity and technology, responsible for both the strategic vision and the hands-on execution of AI-driven campaigns, aiming to enhance customer engagement and optimize business objectives across all regional campaigns.


Position Responsibilities:

1. Generative AI Strategy & Innovation

  • Propose and champion new use cases for Generative AI tools to be used in day-to-day business operations and regional campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Generative AI tools, platforms, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Generative AI adoption within the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Establish best practices and a governance framework for the ethical and effective use of Generative AI in marketing.


2. Creative Asset Production & Management

  • Create and produce a wide range of creative assets, including static images, short-form videos, and text-based content, using Generative AI tools.
  • Support business teams by delivering campaign assets that meet regular business objectives and tight deadlines.
  • Manage the entire creative workflow, from ideation and prompt engineering to final asset delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Experiment with different AI models and techniques to produce innovative and diverse content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Optimize and iterate on AI-generated content based on performance metrics and feedback.


3. Data & Audience Analysis

  • Leverage Generative AI tools for advanced audience and data analysis to uncover new insights and target demographics.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights to personalize marketing messages and create dynamic content that adapts to consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, using AI tools to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for AI-generated content to measure effectiveness and improve ROI.


4. Training & Team Enablement

  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on Generative AI, providing guidance and support to other marketing team members.
  • Develop and conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill the team on how to use AI tools for their daily tasks.
  • Create easy-to-follow documentation and resources to empower colleagues to confidently leverage AI technology.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning around new technologies within the marketing department.
  • Collaborate with the IT and legal teams to ensure the responsible and compliant use of Generative AI tools.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation.
  • Needs to have AI content production experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of Generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and campaign management.
  • Experience with audience and data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and personalized content strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative and experimental mindset, with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree
