AI Product Lead (Human Resources and Talent Soluctions experienced)

Callan Hawkins is hiring an AI Product Lead – Human Resources & Talent Solutions (3-months contract-to-hire) to design and deliver an AI-driven recruitment platform automating sourcing, profiling, hiring workflows, and database management. Candidates must have proven HRTech or AI product experience and expertise in talent acquisition, particularly for cybersecurity, AI, and tech roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-driven recruitment platform, grounded in market research on AI and HRTech trends.
• Independently manage product development, including functional specifications, backlog, feature prioritization, and delivery of scalable, intuitive, high-performing solutions.
• Design and implement AI-driven features (candidate matching, resume parsing, skill-gap analysis, automated outreach, chatbot, and workflow automation) to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Collaborate with the CEO and consultants to align product capabilities with real-world hiring needs.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years (up to 6 in exceptional cases) as Product Lead/Owner/Manager in HRTech, ATS, or AI platforms.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML integration and HR/recruitment product development.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition automation, ATS, and recruitment CRMs.
• Ability to independently manage product lifecycle in a lean environment.
• Familiarity with agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Software house experience preferred.
