Job Description:
The AI Product Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development, and lifecycle management of AI-driven products. The role ensures that artificial intelligence solutions align with organizational strategic objectives, enhance digital learning experiences, and deliver measurable educational impact through data-driven and ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-based products.

Translate educational and business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and success metrics.

Educational Content and Instructional Design

Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI models and features.

Monitor and evaluate AI product performance, including accuracy, reliability, scalability, and user impact.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, data governance standards, and AI ethics policies.

Prioritize product features and manage trade-offs between educational value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.

Analyze product data and KPIs to drive continuous optimization and innovation.

Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline is preferred.

Minimum of
3–5 years
of experience in digital product management; experience with AI-driven products is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts (e.g., Machine Learning, NLP, Recommendation Systems).

Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to define and track KPIs and make data-driven product decisions.

Experience in e-learning, digital education platforms, or EdTech is an advantage.
