AI Product Manager

Job Description:


The AI Product Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development, and lifecycle management of AI-driven products. The role ensures that artificial intelligence solutions align with organizational strategic objectives, enhance digital learning experiences, and deliver measurable educational impact through data-driven and ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-based products.
  • Translate educational and business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including:
  • AI and Data Science
  • Software Engineering
  • UX/UI Design
  • Educational Content and Instructional Design
  • Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI models and features.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI product performance, including accuracy, reliability, scalability, and user impact.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, data governance standards, and AI ethics policies.
  • Prioritize product features and manage trade-offs between educational value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
  • Analyze product data and KPIs to drive continuous optimization and innovation.
  • Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital product management; experience with AI-driven products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts (e.g., Machine Learning, NLP, Recommendation Systems).
  • Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to define and track KPIs and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience in e-learning, digital education platforms, or EdTech is an advantage.
