Summary:
  • Subject Matter Expert: be a subject matter expert (level 300 and 400) in any one the following company’s purview data lifecycle manager, records manager, compliance manager and Audit services. Have a 200-level understanding of purview compliance stack.
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers and product engineering. Use your cloud security skills to improve our Company Purview Compliance & Governance products/services, help customers get and stay secure by helping them with deploying our security solutions.
  • Advocate for our customers: Capture the voice of the customers and synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations in a prioritized manner. Relentlessly champion customer voice to engineering teams and be a change agent to develop innovative ways to handle customer scenarios and resolve complex issues.

  • Focus on feature customization and telemetry analysis within Compliance Manager, DLM/RM, Priva, Communication Compliance.
  • Maintain customer-facing documentation, track tenant-level activations, and support internal readiness for audit and regulatory reviews.
  • Contribute to customer engagement strategies through office hours and feedback loops.
  • Delivery of updated feature summaries and activation dashboards.
  • Drive regulatory content development and customer outreach strategy.
  • Curating customer lists for targeted engagement.
  • Contributing to internal knowledge assets for knowledge management curation.
