Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI initiatives across manufacturing, industrial, energy, retail, and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams delivering advanced AI solutions, including Agentic AI systems, Generative AI applications, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics platforms.

This role requires strong leadership in Agile delivery, AI governance, cloud-native architecture, and stakeholder management, ensuring measurable business impact such as cost optimization, operational efficiency, and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of AI/ML and Generative AI projects from planning to deployment.

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics aligned with business goals.

• Manage cross-functional teams including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Developers.

• Deliver AI solutions such as predictive maintenance, intelligent automation, RAG-based applications, and workflow automation.

• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies, project governance, and delivery excellence.

• Oversee deployment of AI systems across cloud, enterprise platforms, and industrial environments.

• Track and report project KPIs including model performance, ROI, and operational efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Establish AI governance frameworks covering model approval, bias mitigation, explainability, and data security.

• Enable integration with enterprise systems through API-driven and event-driven architectures.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.

• Minimum 5+ years managing AI/ML or Generative AI projects.

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or supply chain environments.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning)

  • Agentic AI and intelligent automation

  • Computer Vision and AI-based analytics

  • MLOps pipelines and AI deployment lifecycle

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Experience working with cross-functional AI engineering teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, n8n, Databricks, or similar AI platforms.

• Experience in industrial AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality inspection, or supply chain optimization.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred.

• Exposure to edge AI or real-time AI deployments.

• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and enterprise AI frameworks.
