Ai Prompt Engineer

IT GENICS is seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer with a strong background in AI-powered marketing automation and intelligent workflow design. This role focuses on developing, refining, and scaling AI-driven systems and automation tools that power IT GENICS’ own suite of products. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI platforms with creative problem-solving to optimize marketing performance and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

AI System Development & Integration

Design and implement AI-driven workflows using models like ChatGPT, Claude, and other NLP systems to enhance internal marketing, communication, and content automation.

Experiment with prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies to maximize the performance and adaptability of AI tools.

Automation Architecture

Build and maintain intelligent automation systems across tools such as Make.com, Zapier, and n8n to improve business and marketing efficiency.

Create modular, reusable automations that can be scaled and adapted across IT GENICS’ product ecosystem.

Product-Focused AI Automation

Develop custom AI automation features directly integrated into IT GENICS products to enhance user engagement, data analysis, and marketing processes.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype, test, and deploy AI-driven capabilities.

Marketing Workflow Optimization

Streamline marketing operations by automating processes such as campaign management, content scheduling, and performance tracking.

Implement AI tools for data-driven decision-making and customer engagement.

Content & Communication Enhancement

Use prompt engineering and AI tools to generate, refine, and personalize marketing content across channels.

Build dynamic AI assistants or tools that enhance communication, lead generation, and customer experience.

Process Innovation & Strategy

Design and document scalable AI and automation frameworks to ensure consistency, performance, and continuous improvement.

Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools to keep IT GENICS ahead of the curve in AI marketing innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 years of experience in AI-driven marketing automation, process design, or product-focused AI development.

Proven proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other large language models.

Expertise with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering, workflow automation, and system scalability.

Experience integrating AI into marketing, analytics, or product systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Ability to conceptualize and execute automation strategies aligned with company goals.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or internal tools.

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing data pipelines.

Background in e-commerce or SaaS marketing automation.

Advanced understanding of AI-driven analytics, content generation, and personalization technologies.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
