Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality assurance initiatives across our websites, digital platforms, and AI-powered applications. This role combines traditional quality engineering expertise with modern AI-driven testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and intelligent quality monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, coupled with a passion for leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve test coverage, accelerate release cycles, and enhance product quality. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, AI Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences.

Your contributions will be critical in establishing intelligent testing practices, improving software quality, and supporting the organization's digital transformation and AI adoption strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for websites, digital products, and AI-enabled applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, API, and AI-driven systems.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test generation, defect detection, and test maintenance.
• Execute manual, automated, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate AI-generated outputs, workflows, and model-integrated features for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and automation frameworks.
• Monitor application quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement through AI and automation.
• Document, track, and manage defects while collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct post-release verification and production validation to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards, best practices, and testing strategies across the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging AI testing technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve quality engineering processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
• Strong experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar technologies.
• Experience with API testing tools including Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing platforms, test generation tools, or AI-powered quality engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with test management platforms such as qTest, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of responsive, localization, accessibility, and cross-browser testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience within fintech, financial services, trading platforms, or regulated industries is highly desirable.

Preferred Profile

• Experience testing AI/ML-powered applications, conversational AI, or generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation, prompt testing, and validation methodologies.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming languages for automation development.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools for quality insights and performance analysis.
