Senior QA Engineer (Arabic-Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web and mobile applications across multiple projects

• Perform functional, usability, localization, and RTL (right-to-left) layout testing for Arabic-language interfaces

• Validate Arabic content quality in AI outputs, including ASR transcriptions, classifications, and summaries — covering MSA, Gulf dialects, and Arabic-English code-switching scenarios

• Test REST APIs and backend services (e.g., using Postman or similar tools)

• Build and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers

• Log, track, and verify defects through to resolution; work closely with developers and product owners in an agile environment

• Participate in UAT cycles with clients and support release readiness sign-off

• Test data pipelines and platform workflows end-to-end, including user onboarding, task submission, and data validation flows

• Contribute to QA process improvement, test documentation standards, and quality metrics reporting.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA (manual and automation)

• Native or fluent Arabic (reading, writing, listening) and professional working proficiency in English

• Strong experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS/Android)

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium

• Solid API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent)

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, orsimilar)

• Understanding of agile/Scrum development processes

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in evaluating Arabic text rendering, diacritics, and dialectal variation
  
  

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience testing LLM-based or GenAI applications: prompt regression testing, evaluating non-deterministic outputs, hallucination detection,response quality scoring, and guardrail validation

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and integrating automated tests into them

• Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for test tooling
