AI Software Engineer Full Time

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Software Engineer to join SolutionInn and help build scalable AI-powered systems for students worldwide. In this role, you will work on modern AI technologies, backend systems, semantic search, personalization systems, and intelligent workflows using LLMs and advanced AI architectures.

Job Responsibilities

• AI & Backend Development
• Develop and maintain AI-powered systems and workflows.
• Integrate and work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and other AI models.
• Build scalable backend APIs and AI pipelines.
• Optimize system performance, caching, and database operations.
• Retrieval & AI Systems
• Work on semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG-based systems.
• Improve AI response quality, originality, and reliability.
• Implement systems to reduce duplicate or low-quality AI outputs.
• Collaboration & Innovation
• Collaborate with frontend, product, SEO, and analytics teams.
• Suggest and implement AI-driven improvements and innovations.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Python and backend development.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, or RAG systems.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and Redis is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.

Job Experience

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience working on AI-powered applications or LLM-based systems is preferred.
• Experience in scalable production systems will be a plus.
