AI & Tooling Engineer, LIGHT

ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Requirement Extraction

• Manage and Do the requirement extraction service for the System and Product Architects Network utilizing the company AI tools. This role demands delivering high-accuracy results with rapid turnaround times to support architectural decision-making.
  
  

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Leverage AI technologies (e.g., AI agents, NLP, automation assistants) to support:
• Requirement extraction and analysis
• Compliance and traceability support
• Engineering data processing and reporting
• Propose and implement AI-based solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with system engineers to ensure AI solutions align with engineering standards and quality requirements.
  
  

Tooling & Scripting Development

• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools according to the defined roadmap.
• Document high-level requirements and technical specifications for developed tools.
• Develop scripts and applications to automate repetitive engineering activities (e.g., requirement handling, traceability, reports, metrics).
• Ensure maintainability by documenting tool architecture, design decisions, and usage guidelines.
  
  

Toolchain & ALM Support

• Define and support the required toolchain for System Engineering activities.
• Work with Requirement Management and ALM tools (e.g., Codebeamer, DOORS, Core ALM).
• Support integrations between tools and data sources when needed.
