AI UGC Video Editor | Direct Response Ads (VEO 3 / or similar)

We're a fast-growing women's watch brand running paid ads on Facebook and Meta. We're looking for a freelance AI UGC video editor to produce a long-form direct response ad (3–5 min) in selfie-cam format. The kind that looks like a real woman posted it organically, not a polished commercial.

This is NOT a general AI video role. We need someone who specifically understands AI UGC for paid social and knows how to make the output feel raw, real, and emotionally compelling.

What you'll be doing:

The avatar has already been created. You'll take the provided image and produce the full video using VEO 3 or similar (video from frame), following a detailed script and brief we provide. This includes generating hook and body clips, sourcing B-roll with face consistency, selecting music that follows the emotional arc of the story, and delivering a final edited cut with captions. We need 3 versions, same body, 3 different hooks.

Tools you must know:

Google VEO 3 or similar, Crea.ai, Enhancer.ai, CapCut or Premiere Pro, Epidemic Sound.

This is not for you if:

You've only done general AI video or faceless YouTube content. We need proven experience with AI UGC ads specifically, talking-head, selfie-cam format for paid social. Face consistency across all clips is non-negotiable.
