Role Overview

Cybertruck Films is looking for a Designer-cum-AI Video Editor who can deliver high-impact advertising designs and professional video content for brand campaigns, outdoor media, digital advertising, and corporate communication.

This role requires a strong balance of design sense, video editing expertise, and AI-assisted creative workflows, suitable for a fast-growing startup environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic & Advertising Design

• Design billboards, hoardings, unipoles, and LED screen creatives
• Create campaign posters, product ads, marketing flyers, brochures, and brand promotion visuals
• Develop creatives for digital paid campaigns and social media advertising series
• Produce illustrations, artwork, and custom graphic assets when required
• Deliver print-ready files with correct DPI, dimensions, bleed, and CMYK/RGB accuracy
• Maintain visual precision across large-format outdoor media and digital deliverables

Corporate & Sales Communication Design

• Build PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, company profiles, and client pitch decks
• Design investor-ready pitch decks with strong storytelling flow, layout hierarchy, and typography clarity
• Create advertising-driven communication materials that support sales impact and brand conversions

Video Editing & Motion Production

• Edit:
• Brand films
• Product promos
• Outdoor LED screen ad campaigns
• Digital advertising films
• Social media video series
• Work using:
• DaVinci Resolve (mandatory)
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (preferred for motion graphics & ad enhancements)
• Perform:
• Audio sync, transitions, SFX
• Color correction & color grading
• Campaign-focused pacing and storytelling
• Export advertising-standard resolutions for LED screens, digital platforms, presentations, and client delivery
• Maintain structured timelines, project organization, and post-production discipline
• Utilize AI video editing & AI generation tools to enhance creative output

Required Skills & Tool Knowledge

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve (mandatory)
• After Effects (beneficial)
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Advertising layout principles
• Print & video export standards
• Professional presentation and pitch deck design skills
• Ability to convert concepts into final creatives independently
• Minimum 1 year experience in AI video editing or AI-assisted video workflows

Compensation Package

• Freshers: ₹1.80 LPA + Accommodation
• Experienced: ₹2.40 LPA + Accommodation
• Contract: 1-year employment agreement
• Outdoor / external work assignments:
• Company-covered travel expenses
• Food allowance as per project requirement
