Timings: Full-time | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM PKT

Our Danish client owns a digital marketing agency that partners with brands to drive growth across their entire digital ecosystem. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams — combining strategy, content, paid media, and automation to help businesses scale efficiently in a competitive market. They are looking for a highly senior AI Web Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
• Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure when needed
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams
• Develop and integrate AI-driven workflows into products
• Operate in an AI-first development environment using tools like Claude
• Translate product requirements into technical architecture
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Review code and mentor mid/junior developers when needed
• Participate in system design and technical decision-making
• Continuously improve development workflows using AI-assisted tooling

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend systems
• Comfortable working across different tech stacks (no single-stack dependency)
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architecture
• Experience building production-grade applications
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Open mindset toward AI-first development practices
• Willingness to learn and operate AI tools such as Claude for coding workflows
• Ability to work in fast-moving, experimental environments

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools
• Exposure to LLM integrations or AI product features
• DevOps / cloud infrastructure familiarity
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Experience mentoring developers
• Understanding of modern CI/CD workflows
• Experience working in remote or async teams
