AIA - Teacher Assistant

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic AIA - Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic educational team. This role is pivotal in providing quality support to both students and teaching staff in our vibrant learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities to create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students with varying needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop their skills.
  • Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources to support teaching efforts.
  • Monitor student performance and provide feedback to teachers about student progress and challenges.
  • Encourage student participation and engagement through innovative and interactive methods.
  • Participate in classroom management and support students during group activities and individual learning tasks.
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to promote effective communication and support the children's educational journey.

Requirements

  • Completion of at least a high school diploma; further education in teaching or child development is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish rapport with students and foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Commitment to nurturing a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development and continuous improvement.
