Overview:

As an AI/Agentic Lead for SAP at Accenture, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure and solutions tailored for SAP environments. This role involves optimizing AI infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead cross-functional teams, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture is essential, with recommended expertise in Artificial Intelligence Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design innovative AI infrastructure solutions tailored for SAP environments to meet project requirements and enhance performance.

• Optimize AI infrastructure and hardware performance, power consumption, cost, and scalability of the computational stack.

• Advise on AI infrastructure technology and vendor evaluation, selection, and full-stack integration.

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing SAP systems.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of technology vendors to ensure optimal selection for project needs.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.

• Provide training and support to team members on best practices in AI infrastructure management and SAP integration.

• Lead and manage teams to perform effectively, make team decisions, and contribute to key organizational decisions.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in AI infrastructure and SAP integration.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of [12 years] of experience in AI infrastructure architecture, with a focus on SAP environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence Technologies and their application in SAP systems.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI infrastructure solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in evaluating technology vendors and managing full-stack integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.

• Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, SAP, or related areas.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

• Familiarity with data analytics tools to monitor and optimize AI infrastructure performance.

• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
