AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. This role demands a hands-on professional with experience in AI development, automation, chatbots, data science, and generative AI models like OpenAI GPT and LLMs. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive automation, enhance workflows, and unlock valuable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, bots, and agents tailored to business needs.
• Build and deploy intelligent chatbots and conversational interfaces using NLP and LLM technologies (OpenAI, GPT models, etc.).
• Create and optimize AI workflows and automation pipelines for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI into business processes and customer-facing solutions.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Apply NLP techniques for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and content generation.
• Analyze large datasets and present actionable insights through advanced data visualization and integration tools.
• Develop AI tools and models to support decision-making and predictive analytics.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in AI/ML, LLMs, and generative models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI development, automation, and agent-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, GPT models, n8n, MAKE.COM, and other LLMs.
• Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI techniques.
• Experience with AI chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework).
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience with data mining, cleaning, integration, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Pandas, etc.).
• Understanding of API integration and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical/machine learning techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Office Location - Bahria Town Phase 7.
Office Timing - (11am to 8pm)
