AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model deployment. You will work closely with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that drive data-based decision-making and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven applications.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
• Implement and fine-tune algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve accuracy.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model training and deployment.
• Document technical processes and findings clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in applied machine learning or data science roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, etc.).
• Understanding of software engineering principles and version control (Git).
