AI/ML Engineer (Junior)

Appsians IT Solution is looking for a passionate and proactive Junior AI Engineer with practical experience to join our AI development team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to AI/ML-based projects. You will assist in building intelligent systems, integrating AI tools, and optimizing existing models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning and AI models.
• Apply N8N AI Tool in real-world use cases (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, automation).
• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists on AI-based solutions.
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for modeling purposes.
• Participate in model validation, performance tuning, and error analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Work on AI product features, proof of concepts, and demos using N8N AI Tool.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and suggest ways to implement them.
• Support in integrating AI solutions into web/mobile/cloud-based environments.
• Contribute to AI model monitoring, retraining, and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML projects.
• Hands-on experience with N8N AI Tool (e.g., model building, automation, workflows).
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), with familiarity in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Proficiency in React programming language.
• Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, regression, etc.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version control.
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI tools.
• Knowledge of data pipelines or MLOps concepts.
• Experience in integrating AI with web or mobile applications.
• Excellent English communication is essential.
