The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has an exciting opportunity within our Product Sales and Leasing Division as an
AIMS System Administrator and Leasing Business Analyst. We are recruiting for an IT professional who can translate business needs into technical solutions by designing, developing, and upgrading enterprise data tools to create efficiencies and improve workflows for DNR’s leasing programs. DNR manages over 3,000,000 acres of trust lands, generating over $45,000,000 annually in leasing revenue. This position directly supports these leasing programs and their revenue-generating activities by providing IT business support. Responsibilities include system administrator of the Agriculture Information Management System (AIMS), which is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) cloud-based application. This position is responsible for administering, supporting, optimizing, and maintaining this Salesforce cloud-based platform to support the leasing programs’ land agreement needs. This position is also the Division’s Business/IT expert for the SAP-based NaturE system and Enkom-LIS Land Agreement Management System (LAMS) and provides technical support and expertise to the division’s leasing programs, communicates the business needs of the division, and analyzes system updates to ensure compatibility with the division’s business needs.
Required Qualifications:
-
A bachelor’s degree in computer systems, information systems, or an IT-related field, AND 4 years’ experience to include the following: developing, administering, and configuring a technology system or platform. System testing, troubleshooting, issues resolution, and familiarity with data management;
OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. -
Experience with business analysis and/or working with business and IT collaborators to gather and document system requirements.

On occasion, some in-state travel may occur, such as to Region offices or work centers.
