Valleysoft | Center of Excellence is a regional IT services provider based in Riyadh, specializing in cutting-edge technology solutions in collaboration with global partners. We are committed to addressing complex business challenges through innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence and Operations (AIOps). As part of our ongoing growth, Valleysoft is seeking an AIOps Asset Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance our AIOps capabilities.

The AIOps Asset SME will be responsible for providing expert knowledge on AIOps asset management, helping clients to enhance their IT asset utilization and lifecycle management through AI-driven insights. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of IT assets, including hardware, software, and network components, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AIOps concepts, methodologies, and core technologies.
• Experience with IT asset management tools and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze, optimize, and manage IT asset inventories and lifecycles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AIOps or related technologies in asset management contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
• Certifications in IT asset management or AIOps are a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of asset management processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in IT asset management.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for asset performance optimization and risk management.
