This role is essential in leveraging advanced AIOps capabilities to enhance IT asset management for our clients.

The AIOps Asset SME1 will focus on managing and optimizing IT assets by utilizing AI-driven methodologies to improve asset utilization, reduce costs, and enhance performance. In this position, you will work closely with IT stakeholders to implement best practices in asset lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT asset management or related fields.
• Understanding of AIOps concepts and their application in asset management.
• Experience with IT asset management tools and practices.
• Able to analyze IT asset performance and lifecycle data to drive decisions.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
• Certifications in IT asset management or AIOps are a plus.
