Air Export & Pricing Manager

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables1. Air Export Pricing

• Obtain competitive freight rates from airlines, consolidators, and agents.
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers on time.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure profitability and service competitiveness.
• Monitor market trends and airline rate fluctuations regularly.
• Maintain a structured rate database for quick reference and benchmarking.

2. Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key air export clients.
• Handle pre-shipment to post-shipment queries and provide real-time shipment updates.
• Ensure timely closure of customer queries and escalations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive, professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments and overseas partners to meet client expectations.

3. Documentation

• Oversee preparation of HAWB, MAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
• Ensure documentation accuracy in line with customs and airline regulations.
• Coordinate with CHA partners and statutory bodies for smooth clearance and cargo movement.
• Maintain well-organized documentation records for audits and compliance.

4. MIS Reports & Data Management

• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Track key performance indicators such as shipment volume, service levels, and customer experience.
• Provide data-driven insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain updated shipment tracking systems with high data accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,374.91 - ₹60,577.63 per month
