AIR FREIGHT- Business Development Manager(SALES)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Air Freight Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue targets.

Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
Driving License Required
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Air Freight Sales(Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase air freight business.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in air freight sales with a minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Mandatory experience in SALES in FREIGHT FORWARDING
