Air Freight Coordinator

A well-reputed freight forwarding company in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Air Freight Coordinator to join our growing team.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle air export/import operations from booking to final delivery.
• Process shipments through Calogi portal including airline bookings, AWBs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Customs regulations and clearance processes.
• Manage international trade documentation and the complete shipment life cycle.
• Utilize freight forwarding and logistics software for daily operations.

Requirements:

Ø Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in air freight forwarding (export/import)

Ø Proficiency in Calogi platform and air freight procedures

Ø Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs clearance workflows

Ø Experience in using forwarding /logistics software systems

Ø Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)

Ø Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi (mandatory)

Ø Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
