Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Executive specializing in air freight (export), you will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating international shipments and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Air Export Operations

  • Manage customer bookings and coordinate air export shipments with airlines and agents.
  • Prepare, review, and issue all required export documents such as Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  • Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely pickup, cargo handling, and delivery to airline terminals.
  • Monitor export shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers.
  • Handle any exceptions or delays, ensuring effective problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding, export operations, or customer service in the logistics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of international air freight procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
