Air Freight Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Freight Manager at SEALEAD EXPRESS SOLUTION PVT LTD located in Mumbai. The Air Freight Manager will be responsible for managing air freight operations, ensuring efficient import and export processes, and coordinating with customers and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing freight shipments, handling customer inquiries and issues, liaising with carriers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Air Freight, Import, and Export operations
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹675,474.34 - ₹1,292,374.45 per year
