What Makes the Role Meaty

• ?Manage 100+ delivery riders and 30+ hub staff, including packers and support crew
• .Build and maintain a high-performing team through training, coaching, and performance management
• .Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and on-the-job training for new hires
• .Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hub operations
• .Plan and optimize resources for cost-effective, timely order fulfillment
• .Monitor dispatch accuracy, delivery timeliness, and rider performance, resolving issues promptly
• .Ensure safety, policy compliance, and regulatory adherence; manage CAPA for escalations
• .Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
• .Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for leadership
• .Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and English; adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies
