What You’ll Do

• Prepare shipping documents (Airway Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).
• Coordinate sea, air, and land freight with liners (Maersk, CMA, Emirates, Qatar Airways, DHL, TCS).
• Track containers and shipments live using CargoWise One & IntelliTrack.
• Communicate daily with overseas agents, customs officers, and clients via email/WhatsApp.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Pakistan Customs, FBR, and international trade rules.
• Resolve delays, demurrage, and documentation issues quickly.
• Update clients with real-time ETA and proof of delivery.

Requirements

• Intermediate/A-Levels or Bachelor’s degree (any field – fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent English (written & spoken) – you’ll email global clients daily.
• Basic MS Excel & Google Sheets skills.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to start within 2 weeks.

Bonus Points If You Have

• 3–6 months experience in clearing agent, shipping line, or Forwarding Company
• Already enrolled in CILT / FIATA / PFFF courses.
