TAIMS Inc. is a leading short-term rental company managing multiple properties in Chicago, delivering full-service operations including management, and tech-driven support to optimize revenue and guest experiences. We are seeking a skilled Airbnb customer service associate, This mid-level, full-time role remote position, requires to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in property management and guest relationship management. The ideal candidate will oversee the guest relations, customer service of Airbnb guests, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and seamless processes across functions.



Requirements

  • Required: Flexibility to cover part time shifts over the week ends
  • Manage end-to-end operations of Airbnb-listed properties, ensuring all commitments to guests are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, making sure all interactions are prompt, professional, and courteous.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, efficiently resolving complaints or special requests to drive repeat bookings and positive reviews.
  • Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always guest-ready, addressing repairs or improvements swiftly.
  • Implement, monitor, and refine standard operating procedures to boost operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between marketing, maintenance, and guest services teams to deliver consistent results.
  • Maintain accurate records of property operations, guest interactions, and feedback to inform future improvements and reporting requirements.
  • Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Airbnb property management or short-term rental operations.
  • Strong guest relationship management (Mandatory skill), fostering positive interactions and handling feedback or complaints with professionalism.
  • Exceptional skills in customer service (Mandatory skill) with a demonstrated history of resolving guest queries and improving satisfaction metrics.
  • Capable of effective cross-functional collaboration to coordinate between cleaning, maintenance, and listing teams for seamless operations.
  • Experienced in implementing process improvements, introducing new operational procedures that boost efficiency and guest experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with guests, vendors, and internal teams.
