SUMMARY

  • The Aircraft Supply Specialist is responsible for supporting aircraft operations by ensuring aircraft are properly stocked, cleaned, and serviced in accordance with customer stocking guides and PrimeFlight standards. This role provides direct support to flight crews through professional customer service, inventory accuracy, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced airport ramp environment. The Aircraft Supply Specialist works closely with small teams, inventory personnel, and management to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stock aircraft according to customer-specific stocking guides and ensure accuracy at all times
  • Stay current on customer stocking guide updates and implement changes as required
  • Perform interior aircraft wipe-downs, including mirrors, windows, lavatory areas, doors, sinks, cup holders, tray tables, leather seats, catering cabinets and drawers, coffee areas, and light vacuuming
  • Support quarterly product launches by rotating out discontinued items and introducing updated or new products
  • Greet pilots and flight crew with professional, customer-focused service and address requests promptly
  • Respond to emails and operational communications in a timely, professional manner.
  • Work closely with inventory control to ensure supplies are stocked, tracked, and sold accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist the inventory clerk when operational demands allow
  • Operate company vehicles on the airport ramp in accordance with safety policies
  • Work collaboratively in small teams of two (2) to three (3) employees per shift
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed stocking and service instructions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to obtain required airport credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, as applicable)

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)

The pay rate listed on this post is what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position. However, individual compensation may vary based on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, education, and experience.
