Key responsibilities

1. Ticketing and Reservations: Issue airline tickets, manage reservations, and handle booking modifications.

2. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, answering queries and resolving issues.

3. Fare Calculation: Calculate fares, taxes, and fees accurately.

4. Payment Processing: Process payments and manage transactions.

5. Itinerary Management: Create and modify itineraries, ensuring accuracy.

6. Documentation: Verify and manage travel documents (passports, visas).

7. Communication: Keep customers informed about flight schedules, changes, and cancellations.

8. Problem-Solving: Resolve ticketing and reservation issues efficiently.

9. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to airline policies, regulations, and industry standards.

The goal is to provide efficient and courteous service, ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

Qualifications and Experience:
 High school diploma / equivalent

 Minimum 4/5 Years’ Experience working with an any IATA agency

 Must have experience in handling directly with customers

 Excellent Communication Skills

 Negotiating Skills  Target and Goal Oriented

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
