, we are looking for Airlines Coordinator Lead. This role acts as a key liaison between MailAmericas teams across Argentina and other countries, and the local Miami operation carried out through freight forwarders and
airlines. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with operational, service, documentation, and security standards across the critical warehouse (WH) to airline segment, guaranteeing operational continuity and real-time issue resolution.
What challenges will you face?

Service Quality Control:Audit the end-to-end operational process from cargo reception at the warehouse to handover to the airline. Identify deviations, generate early alerts, and propose continuous improvements.

Airline Operations Management (MIA):Act as the direct operational point of contact with airlines (LATAM and others) and couriers. Manage bookings, reconfirmations, holds, and resolve incidents in real time, including on-site interventions when required.

Volumetric Weight Auditing:Supervise and audit the correct measurement of cargo based on each airline’s criteria. Detect discrepancies and ensure proper resolution.

Reporting & Scorecards:Maintain updated performance indicators (scorecards) for airlines and suppliers. Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for Argentina-based teams.

TSA Security Coordination (IAC-SCA Alternate):Act as Indirect Air Carrier Security Coordinator Alternate. Ensure compliance with TSA security regulations, maintain updated documentation, and coordinate with airlines and suppliers on compliance matters (TSA / CBP / USDA).

Flight & SLA Monitoring:Track flights in real time and ensure SLA compliance across all operational providers in Miami (airlines, warehouses, ground transportation).

Communication & Feedback:Maintain constant and proactive communication with teams across Argentina, Peru, and other countries. Participate in follow-up meetings and report incidents within agreed timelines.

SOP Management:Apply and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Propose updates aligned with operational evolution.
