Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our steel framing manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating daily truck dispatch, working closely with production scheduling and quality control, and ensuring all outbound shipments meet company quality standards.

• Coordinate and dispatch 5–6 trucks daily to meet delivery schedules
• Work closely with production scheduling to align shipping priorities and timelines
• Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient routing and on-time deliveries
• Perform truck verification and load checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Partner with quality control to confirm materials meet specifications before shipment
• Maintain clear records of shipments, schedules, and dispatch activity
• Troubleshoot delays or issues and provide real-time solutions

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing operations preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, production teams, and management
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Full-time position
• Requires heavy overtime , including extended weekday hours
• Saturday work required as needed to support production demands
