Airport Shuttle Driver

Job Title: Hotel Shuttle Driver (Airport Route) – Part-Time
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to transport hotel guests safely between the hotel and the airport. The shuttle operates on a consistent schedule, running approximately every 30 minutes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in providing great service, and maintains a safe and professional driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport in a company shuttle.
• Follow the scheduled shuttle route and maintain timely departures every 30 minutes.
• Assist guests with luggage when needed.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all passengers.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Keep the shuttle clean and presentable at all times.
• Communicate with hotel front desk or dispatch regarding guest pick-ups or delays.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving or shuttle experience preferred (hotel or airport transportation is a plus).
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage (up to 50 lbs).
• Must be comfortable interacting with hotel guests and visitors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving passenger vans or shuttle vehicles.
• Knowledge of airport pick-up and drop-off procedures.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
