Position Overview

We are looking for responsible and customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to join our team. This role involves safely transporting passengers to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a comfortable and reliable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate non-commercial and commercial vehicles to transport passengers
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication and assistance
• Follow designated routes and schedules with precision and punctuality
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting, including those with mobility challenges
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and well-presented shuttle bus to ensure passenger comfort
• Work collaboratively with dispatchers and team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to pass a federally mandated DOT drug screening and background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years)
• CDL Training Provided: Applicants without a CDL are welcome to apply! New hires who do not currently hold a CDL will receive company-supported training to obtain their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement. This includes assistance with the permit process and on-the-job training to help you succeed.
• Prior commercial driving experience preferred (paratransit, school bus, shuttle services, etc.), but not required
• Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (assisting passengers with luggage or mobility devices)
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.13 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
