Airport Station Manager

Our luxury motorcoaches replace short flights with a faster, more sustainable alternative—reducing costs, addressing pilot shortages, and enhancing passenger journeys.

In June, we are launching a Motorcoach service between Framingham, MA and a secondary location.

The Position:
We are looking for a Station Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all of Landline's customer-facing operations between Framingham, MA to secondary Airport. This role may often times start work at 2:30 AM.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all customer-facing operations at our station, which begins daily operations at 2:30 AM EST
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees and maintain standard operating procedures for all team members
• Clearly communicate company and operational performance standards to team members and drive achievement
• Maximize operational performance by driving a safety-first culture and ensuring alignment between teams at different locations
• Effectively communicate goals, opportunities, and challenges to company leadership
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Maintain company property to standards
• Represent the Landline brand and be an example of our customer-first principles
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent education
• 5 years of management experience in an operationally intensive, shift-based business
• Previous commercial aviation or ground transportation experience is preferred
• Experience working with an airline Passenger Service System is preferred
• Proven success in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members working toward a common goal
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to carry out safety-sensitive Ground Security Coordinator functions when needed
• All other duties as assigned

This is a Safety-Sensitive Position subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA guidelines:

• Applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to comply with company security requirements
• Applicants must successfully complete FAA criminal background checks to qualify for access privileges to the airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)

Schedule:
This role may often times start work at 2:30 AM as our local operation runs from around 2:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
