Airtable Automation & Process Expert

We’re hiring an Airtable Automation & Process Expert to streamline and automate our internal systems. You’ll design efficient Airtable setups, build smart automations, and integrate tools to boost productivity across teams. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about no-code solutions, we’d love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Build and customize Airtable bases using advanced fields, formulas, linked records, and automations.
• Develop and manage integrations with Zapier, Make (Integromat), and native Airtable automations.
• Design connected workflows that integrate Airtable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Document systems and maintain clear, up-to-date SOPs.
• Collaborate with team leads to translate operational needs into structured Airtable solutions.
• Support and train team members to ensure smooth adoption of systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Airtable system design and automation.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, or other automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to Have

• Background in operations, project management, or business systems design.
• Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, or other no-code tools.
