Alex Aftersales Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and develop the maintenance D&IDSP performance.
  • Monitor and achieve all upgraded targets in his business unit.
  • Provide technical documents to D&IDSP in his business unit to enhance their service level and technical knowledge.
  • Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through developing objectives and plans as well as monitoring plans’ implementation.
  • Record and analyze issues through communicating with his maintenance team and quality teams and formulating issue investigation reports, then communicate recorded issues with all stakeholders to determine the root causes and develop suitable corrective actions.
  • Operate service operations by developing service procedures and instructions then communicating them with all team members.
  • Operate service operations by developing operations budget and monitoring the financial performance to assure maintaining the developed budget.
  • Operate service operations by developing periodic reports and presentations as well as communicating team needs.
  • Manage and develop service operations in order to enhance customer satisfaction, response time, and feedback accuracy.
  • Handle unsatisfied customers & consumers through conducting interviews with them, alongside building and preserving strong relationships with consumers and customers to guarantee their satisfaction and answering exceptional, urgent, and crucial calls outside of normal business hours.
  • Supervise all affiliated IDSP (franchises & agents) and assure the understanding of technical bulletins among them, as well as periodically audit them, preparing illustration aids to facilitate the delivery of technical information and elevate their performance in two pivotal dimensions — operational excellence and financial performance.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with government agencies concerning consumer-related activities via interactive interviews.
  • Execute operations projects by initiating new projects and contributing to running projects.

Qualifications, Experience

  • Education: B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
  • Experience: Freshers up to experienced candidates (not more than 5 years in the same field or related field).
  • Preference: Graduates from governmental universities are preferred.
